We give you multi-hazard when you need it, based on a hazard analysis completed by unbiased third-party engineers.

SafetySuite custom blast-resistant buildings, available up to 15 psi, are resilient structures that are produced off-site in a short time frame, and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional building. If you’re in a multi-threat environment, we’ll customize your threat protection to meet your custom needs, and still give you all the amenities you need. All in a steel modular building.

Hazard Protection

We design protections based on your site’s needs. Adding a one-size-fits-all multi-hazard building could mean over-engineering, extra maintenance and additional cost. Based on your FSS or QRA, we can implement the protection you need for your threat level.

Fire
Resistance

Explosions are often associated with flash fires, and our steel blast resistant buildings are inherently protected against flash fires by design. Intumescent coatings can be added to provide enhanced fire resistance for jet or pool fires, depending on your needs. Not all areas require protection from all three types of fire.

Toxic Gas
Protection

If the potential for a toxic gas release is identified on your site, there are several levels of protection that can be implemented. Examples include gas detection systems, pressurization systems to maintain positive pressure and prevent toxic infiltration, and even airlock systems for shelter-in-place requirements.

Fragment
Protection

The primary defense against fragments is the robust construction of our heavy-gauge steel blast-resistant buildings. Steel provides excellent protection against projectiles and flying debris generated by an explosion.

Resistance

Our tried and true blast-resistant buildings are available in solutions from as little as 1 psi up to 15 psi, depending on distance and threat level.

From there, our team will quickly transform the concept into a full architectural design before sitting back down with you to choose your building’s finishes.

When it comes time for construction, SafetySuite buildings are produced in a short timeframe and at a fraction of the cost of traditional brick and mortar buildings. And since we build off-site, your entire operation can remain up and running during construction, meaning no lapses in efficiency or productivity.

Once completed, we can deliver your building exactly where you want it and handle all of your installation needs to have you up and running in as little time as possible.

Operate

After the install, we may leave your site, but we’ll never leave your side. If you ever have a question or need a repair, we’re always just one call away.
